We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor and solutions-driven partner to management and employees. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at both strategic and transactional HR functions, and have a knack for leveraging technology to streamline processes, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support, including employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Drive solutions for complex HR challenges, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate on talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the recruitment of top talent.
  • Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, development, and offboarding.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Leverage HR technology to optimize workflows, improve reporting, and enhance the employee experience.
  • Partner with leadership to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Ideal Experience & Must-Haves:

  • 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced or manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on, transactional HR tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-driven mindset.
  • High level of proficiency with HRIS systems and other technology tools; tech-savviness is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is a plus.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a bonus.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
