Job Purpose
Reporting to Vice President, Legal, the Regulatory Compliance Manager will oversee Longroad’s FERC, NERC, and ISO compliance program, as well as other regulatory compliance issues for a growing 3.5 GW wind and solar and storage portfolio. Longroad currently manages utility-scale wind and solar assets across a range of NERC Regional Entities including NPCC, TRE, WECC, RF and MRO and Independent System Operators including ISO-NE, CAISO, ERCOT, MISO, and PJM. In the next 5 years, Longroad expects to add an additional 5 GW of wind, solar and storage assets to the operating fleet. The Regulatory Compliance Manager will work closely with the asset management, operations, and legal teams as well as key third party compliance experts to ensure all compliance obligations are met. This role will manage Longroad’s current compliance program while building systems and processes for the future.
