**Responsibilities:**
As the Director of Rehab, you will play a crucial role in leading and mentoring our rehabilitation team. Key responsibilities include:
- Act as a team leader and mentor to all rehab team members.
- Ensure accurate identification of patients' payer sources.
- Obtain proper authorization for patients with various payer sources.
- Oversee the correct utilization of HCPCS codes.
- Serve as a liaison between the rehab department and the regional manager.
**Qualifications:**
We are seeking a qualified professional with the following qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited university with an MS, MA, BS, BA, or Associates degree in Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy.
- Holds a current license and/or registration in the state (as applicable).
**Physical Demands:**
The successful candidate should be able to perform physical tasks, including transferring patients, lifting weights, transporting patients, and administering treatment on the mat. Demonstrated knowledge of and adherence to proper body mechanics during patient treatment is essential.
