Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and oversees long-term digital marketing campaigns and short-term advertising techniques through digital platforms. This role requires enhancing brand awareness, driving traffic to the company's website/theaters, enhancing studio marketing spend on content and promoting ancillary revenue products.
Responsibilities:
- Plans and executes the placement of paid and organic ads across various platforms including web, SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Designs, builds, and maintains LOOK’s social media presence (owned & paid channels)
- Identifies trends & insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs
- Analytics and Strategy:
1. Employ backend tools to analyze the ROI of advertising campaigns and develop a comprehensive paid and organic digital marketing strategy that reaches target audiences; work with esite (current data warehouse)
2. Adjust marketing strategies to attract new audiences and maintain engagement with existing ones
3. Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques
- Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them.
- Foster relationships with studios (supplemental advertising spend), display ad companies, and influencers
- Utilize tools such as Canva and Photoshop for the creation of digital assets
- Live show coordination:
1. Schedule shows 3 days a week in Glendale, prioritizing off-peak days
2. Using the repeatable process honed in Glendale, replicate this model at W57th
3. Partner with local comedians repeatedly to create loyal audiences
4. Expand to LOOK theaters not located in entertainment capitals by utilizing prior relationships built with touring LA and NY based comediansMonitor sales process and logistics, both client-facing and internal, and recommend process improvements
- Build corporate database
Qualifications:
- Business degree in Marketing, Data/Analytics
- Minimum 2-5 years customer experience in entertainment/hospitality/travel industry
- In-depth knowledge of current digital trends
- Experience in digital marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software
- Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research
- Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
- Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
