Position Overview
We are seeking a forward-thinking Director of Social Media, Influencer and Content Marketing to lead our digital content and social media practice. This strategic role will drive innovation in content strategy, social media, and creator partnerships while ensuring cultural relevance and authenticity across Hispanic and total market initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in content creation, social media, and digital storytelling with strong cultural understanding and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. This is a client-facing position where you will have a leading role in representing the department, participating in key strategic and tactical meetings, including internal brainstorming and creative sessions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Innovation
- Develop and execute comprehensive content and social media strategies aligned with client objectives across Hispanic and total market assignments
- Lead the ideation and implementation of innovative content, social media, and influencer / creator campaigns that resonate with diverse audience segments
- Create and maintain editorial calendars and content frameworks across all digital channels
- Forecast and adapt to emerging content, social media trends, technologies, and consumer behaviors
- Drive the integration of AI and automated solutions in content creation, campaign optimization, and audience targeting
- Establish and evolve content and social media best practices, guidelines, and standards as platforms and technologies advance
- Transform our "Latino Network of Creators" into a premium client-facing service that leverages emerging technologies and creator economy trends
- Develop and maintain the agency's thought leadership position in digital content and social media innovation
- Collaborate with our in-house production studio to develop innovative content creation models that maximize studio capabilities while meeting modern content demands
- Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities through strategic use of our production facilities for client content needs
- Drive the integration of traditional production excellence with modern digital content requirements
Content Strategy & Development

Demonstrated expertise and deep understanding of the U.S. Hispanic market, including cultural nuances, consumer behavior, and media consumption patterns8 years of combined content strategy and social media experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership roleProven track record developing successful content strategies and social media campaignsExperience working with Hispanic / multicultural audiences and marketsExperience bridging traditional production processes with modern content creation needsUnderstanding of professional production workflows and how to adapt them for digital contentTrack record of developing innovative content production modelsTechnical Expertise
