This person will be a financial advisor who works building out holistic financial plans for our clients at the firm. Applicant must have a strong capacity to handle varying work tasks including building financial plans, servicing clients on phone calls, providing exemplary customer service to clients and prospects during in-office visits, calendar management, working with the investment team on recommendations for strategy meetings , critical thinking skills and showing great attention to detail.

Position Details
Commitment: 36 hours per week, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. M-Thur and 8am to 12pm on Friday.
Compensation: Starting salary range is $100K to 125K (higher end if you hold your CFP), plus full medical and dental benefits and a generous retirement benefit plan. All Holidays off, including the week between Christmas and New Years. Other special incentives discussed with the right candidate.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Hold your licenses in the financial industry including Health and Life Insurances, Series 65 or 66 and hold your CFP or are in the process to obtain in the next 12 months.
- Strong understanding of reporting and financial plan building
- Excellent rapport when working with clients and co-workers
- Ability to work independently, good time management and critical thinking
- Excellent written and oral communications
- Superior client relations skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle in-bound calls with ease and confidence
- Proof-reading skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with high-level productivity
- Willingness to learn new programs.
Duties & Responsibilities
Clients & Team Support
- Work with high net worth clients to ensure their retirement is on track
- Building financial reporting models to gauge performance and investment strategies
- Meet face to face with clients in-office or via zoom depending on the day
- Listen to and understand client needs, respond in a prompt and professional fashion on behalf of team members through phone calls, emails and mail.
- Be a high performer who is highly motivated to grow with a rapidly expanding company
Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
