• Perform installation, configuration, administration, and tuning of end user devices.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance on software application, connectivity, cabling and hardware related issues.
• May require a strong understanding of end user devices, cat6 and fiber cabling and cable management, Conducts tasks and assignments as directed.
• Works under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.
