RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide excellence in case management services for young children with special needs and their families.
• Advocate for families to ensure children receive the evaluations and services needed, authorized and to problem solve challenges.
• Coordinate with professionals within and outside the Early Intervention (EI) Program to address family needs.
• Document all activities in accordance with EI requirements. 

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Service Coordination through the NYS Early Intervention Program.
• Bachelor's Degree in Social Services, Education or Related Field (e.g., psychology, social work, education, sociology).

Pluses (not required)

• Bilingual Spanish or Russian
