Job description
Job Summary:
Responsible for carrying out all aspects of wholesale operations as they pertain to LOC's Bossier City facility in accordance with company policies and procedures and applicable state and federal laws. Responsible for duties not limited to employee relations, accounts receivable, inventory, product integrity, safety, facility cleanliness and maintenance, and the general profitability of the facility.
Responsibilities:
- Verify / manage all timekeeping records pertaining to office, driver, and warehouse personnel. Manage payroll costs based on current demand.
- Guarantee all monthly reporting regarding OSHA, IFTA, SPCC, etc. are completed both accurately and timely.
- Track and manage the overall profit levels for the entire profit center. Coordinate with the sales team to identify any short comings or notable wins.
- Track and manage the overall gallons sold for both fuel and nonfuel for the entire profit center. Coordinate with the sales team to identify any short comings or notable wins.
- Closely monitor profit center's accounts receivable. Work with the credit department to minimize bad debt risk and insure maximum collection.
- Work with the sales team to produce the maximum customer satisfaction level possible.
- Work with the sales team to secure and maintain new business. • Monitor and manage fuel inventory levels. Both inventory on hand levels as well as shrinkage.

- Guarantee both fuel and nonfuel deliveries are being dispatched as efficiently as possible.
- Develop and inspire the safest culture possible throughout the facility. Work with safety department to make sure all employee trainings are completed timely.
- Guarantee product integrity is a continued focus.
- Oversee the daily operations of the entire profit center. This includes daily deposits, purchasing, receiving, etc.
- Manage work force to include drivers, warehouse personnel, and support staff.
- Maintain a work place environment that promotes equality.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and able to learn Lott Oil Company ERP system
- Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records
- Must have strong detail orientation and high accuracy level
- A strong work ethic and high level of integrity
- Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5 years' proven experience and demonstrated capability in an Operations related field
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to pass a drug test
