What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security Technician I position at Loyal Source?
Job Summary:
Loyal Source Government Services is looking for a Security Technician to work multiple projects throughout the Bentonville, AK area. This is a contract opportunity set to last until the end of January with the potential to extend.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installs and troubleshoots low voltage panels, wiring and associated devices.
- Provides reliable, high quality customer support.
- Provides customer instruction on system operation and functionality.
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience working as a security/cable technician
- Experience with structured cabling is required
- Ability to read drawings and pull wire accordingly is required
- Experience with installing cameras required
- Must possess tools to perform tasks (Screwdriver, Cutter, Punch down Jack)
- Ability to pass a background/drug screening is required
- Experience with installing access control is a plus
- OSHA 10 is a plus
