Customer Service Representative

In this role, you will provide support to both our customer service and administrative departments, helping to maintain our excellent reputation in the aerospace and defense industry.Responsibilities : Assist with daily orders and answer customer calls and emails regarding our product and service lineProcess sales transactions and develop marketing materialsProcess and assist with orders placed by the US militaryPerform sales and production data entry, assist with purchasing and other general administrative tasksUtilize CRM software (Salesforce), accounting software (Intuit Quickbooks), and inventory control software (Fishbowl Inventory) to manage customer relations, inventory, and financial dataRequirements : Strong customer service and / or administrative assistant background preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skillsKnowledge of / experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and accounting software (Intuit Quickbooks) strongly desiredExperience with inventory control software (Fishbowl Inventory) is a plusKnowledge of or experience working in the aviation industry is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredMust be authorized to work in the United StatesPotential to travel 1-3 times per year for industry trade showsPreferred Skills / Qualities : Exceptional communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDetail-oriented and able to multitask effectivelyIf you are a dedicated and experienced professional looking to join a growing company in the aerospace and defense industry, apply now to become a part of our team at LP Aero Plastics, Inc.PLEASE CLICK "APPLY" ON PACAREERLINK.PA.GOV AND SEE "FOLLOW-UP INSTRUCTIONS"
