We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to oversee a Mr. Gattis inside Wal-Mart and any time the Manager is off for the day. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food/Restaurant management and possess excellent leadership skills.
Duties
- Be able to conduct interviews
- Provide ongoing training
- Oversee kitchen and front operations.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and inventory management
- Ensure high-quality service standards are maintained.
- Handle shift management and scheduling when needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in team management within the hospitality industry prefered.
- Proficiency in kitchen and front management
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Excellent communication skills
