We are seeking a Manager to oversee a Mr. Gattis inside Wal-Mart in Hudson Oaks , Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food/Restaurant management and possess excellent leadership skills.
Duties
- Conduct interviews and hire staff members
- Manage team performance and provide ongoing training
- Oversee kitchen and front operations.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and inventory management
- Ensure high-quality service standards are maintained.
- Handle shift management and scheduling.
Experience
- Previous experience in team management within the hospitality industry prefered.
- Proficiency in kitchen management
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Excellent communication skills
