Key Responsibilities:
- Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring consistency and presentation meet the bar's high standards.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, offering recommendations and sharing knowledge about the drink menu.
- Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, checking back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or additional requests.
- Menu Knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and beverage pairings, to answer guest questions and make recommendations.
- Bar Presentation: Set and clear bar top efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for the next guests.
- Check Handling: Present guest checks, process payments, and handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth/coordinated service and assist with other tasks as needed to maintain a well-functioning dining environment.
- Bar Maintenance: Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked, maintaining high levels of hygiene and safety.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including serving alcohol responsibly and checking IDs as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-end or fast-paced environment.
- Excellent knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail-making techniques.
- Creativity and passion for crafting innovative beverages.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with grace.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards for food and beverages.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service.
Work Environment:

Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. Participates in the development and implementation of corrective action plans. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
