What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at LSINC Corporation?
LSINC is looking for a receptionist with a warm and bright personality. You will be the first and last contact with our employees and customers thereby creating first and lasting impressions. The receptionist must have exceptional customer service and communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to multi-task.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and screening calls and transferring to employees as appropriate
- Sorting and delivering mail to employees
- Greeting visitors upon arrival
- Manage the front desk and perform basic support tasks
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Engage in daily opening and closing procedures
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a receptionist desirable
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Customer service oriented
- Familiarity with multi-line telephone systems
- High School diploma or equivalent
Pay will be based on experience.
