Job Summary :
The Content Marketer is responsible for developing and executing a content marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage the target audience, and drive lead generation.
The Content Marketer will collaborate with marketing, sales, account management, and product teams to create content that resonates with staffing industry professionals and highlights our software solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Create thought leadership content to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Develop and implement content strategies for social media, webinars, and product launches.
- Write and edit content, including but not limited to social media posts, email campaigns, blog posts, and website copy.
- Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to produce effective content.
- Lead project meetings, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery.
- Optimize content performance in partnership with marketing, exceeding campaign benchmarks.
- Apply on-page SEO best practices and maintain brand consistency.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio of published content.
- Knowledge of SEO, content distribution, and social media best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Understanding of marketing and content writing, including social media best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Experience :
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- 2 years in marketing, content creation, or a similar role.
- Experience in the staffing or SaaS industries preferred.
Physical Requirements :
- Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
