Dietary Supervisor Position at this location is Full-time.
Dietary Supervisor Shifts : 7AM 3PM or 12PM 8PM Flexible to work both Shifts Available weekends and Holidays.

We are currently recruiting an experienced Dietary Supervisor for long term care nursing facility in the Philadelphia, PA .

Dietary Supervisor Key Duties :
Overall supervision of the kitchen during scheduled shift. Properly opens and closes the department as required.
Ensures proper sanitation of the kitchen and equipment incompliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Ensured meal service times are on schedule.
Performs other job-related duties.
Dietary Supervisor Requirements :
Prior Supervisor experience in skilled nursing facility or healthcare preferred.
Certification in healthcare cooking ServSafe
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
