We're currently on the lookout for a Customer Service and Logistics Associate to join our Greene Plant team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate order fulfillment, optimizing resources, and maintaining open communication with customers, team members, sales, and operations.
What You'll Do:
- Be the Backbone of Operations: Take charge of order fulfillment, from processing requests to managing dispatch, scale operations, and ticket handling.
- Deliver Outstanding Service: Provide innovative solutions to meet customer demands and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impact.
- Drive Success: Meet and exceed department performance standards and benchmark service levels.
- Manage Finances: Oversee cash box management, process credit card transactions, and handle customer deposits with precision. You'll also perform account adjustments as needed.
Who You Are:
- Customer Service Pro: You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in roles where delivering exceptional customer service is your top priority.
- Flexible Go-Getter: You're a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, and you excel at juggling multiple tasks simultaneously.
