As the Business Analytics & Customer Service Intern, you will perform the following duties:
- Support sales & fulfillment managers in the preparation of sales offers to customers throughout the Americas
- Create business reports for existing Lufthansa Technik business in the Americas
- Conduct market research in the largest aircraft maintenance market in the world
- Support preparation of customer & management presentations
- Actively participate in strategy summits & sales conferences and contribute to the success of Lufthansa Technik in the Americas
- Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

The ideal Business Analytics & Customer Service Intern should fulfill the following:
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor/Master’s program with an emphasis on Business, Entrepreneurship, Data Analytics, Finance
- Strong interest in business development & data analytics
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, as well as Tableau
- High level of self-management and drive to learn quickly
- Fluent level of English language and as a plus German or Spanish.
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Tableau
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S
- CV/Resume required
- Company will not provide relocation assistance
