About You
You are a skilled stone setter with experience in a wide range of cuts and carat weights spanning from large center stones to micro-melee in intricate settings. You are excited to work closely with the Workshop and Production teams to exceed expectations and deliver extraordinary attention to detail with every piece you set. Your extensive knowledge of stone setting and experience in high jewelry, working with a variety of stones and metals has prepared you to take your craft to the next level.
What You Will Do
- Determine the best placement and set stones with precision and care to showcase the unparalleled brilliance of each hand-selected gemstone
- Prepare mounts by filing, drilling, polishing, and/or re-tipping the prongs as needed
- Inspect each finished job with the microscope using QA/QC standards to ensure the integrity of the piece, secure stones, and communicate feedback to the team
- Support client and stock repair jobs by replacing missing stones, tightening prongs, and suggesting sustainable fabrication techniques for stone settings

Pay Transparency
Targeted base compensation is $30 - $36 per hour plus annual bonus. The total compensation package is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
