The Sales & Leasing Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling vehicles to potential customers in a professional and timely manner. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a strong sales aptitude, and a passion for customer satisfaction. The specialist should have in-depth knowledge about the Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC vehicle models and be able to provide detailed information to customers. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Coordinate test drives and vehicle deliveries
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends
• Fulfill all General Motors training and offsite requirements

• Prior experience in automotive sales is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Must be detail-oriented and organized
