As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Level One Accountant to join our finance team in Reno, NV.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assist in generating financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage general ledger entries.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks accurately.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and LumaDent’s internal policies.
- Assist in audit preparation and provide necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with other team members on finance projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience (internships and part-time roles included).
- Basic understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
