What are the responsibilities and job description for the Evening Porter Large office and Manufacturing Plant position at Luminous Services LLC?
Cloud Cleaning looking for a part time member to join our Cleaning Team! This position is 7:00pm to 10:00 pm Monday through Friday, and every other weekend. It involves commercial cleaning and evening porter services for a Longview, TX building. At Cloud Cleaning, our mission is to create positive client experiences while cultivating cleaner and healthier spaces. We are looking for 1 male and 1 female candidate.
Responsibilities and Duties Include:
- Cleaning staff breakrooms, including counters, sinks, chairs, tables, etc.
- Cleaning all restrooms
- Office cleaning, including tables, desks, shelves, etc.
- Pull trash inside and outside
- Sweeping entry way
- Disinfection wipe touchpoints
- Picking up trash around the building and in the parking lots
- Spot cleaning any parts of the facility as needed
- Making raving fans by providing exceptional customer service
- Taking initiative to maintain a professional appearance
- Keeping janitorial closets tidy and organized
- Take inventory of all supplies and equipment
- Proactively staying busy with tasks that will provide positive moments of truth to the client
The Type of Person We're Looking For:
- Outgoing personality. This is a client-facing position.
- Previous experience with commercial cleaning (preferred)
- Must have your own reliable transportation to and from job site
- Willingness to undergo background and drug screens
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player
- Able to use App on Smartphone for clocking in and out
- Must be able to be able work independently
