Our agency is expanding, and we’re looking for talented website designers to join our team. You’ll be working on a wide range of projects using platforms like Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, and WordPress.
The Opportunity:
As a website designer with Lunarvision, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects for clients across different industries. Compensation Structure:
- Per Project Basis (NOT Hourly): Compensation is structured around the project, not on an hourly basis.
- Payment Structure:
- First Payment (Deposit): You will receive your first payment after the initial concept or demo is delivered to the client or prospect.
- Final Payment: The final payment will be issued upon the closing of the project, after all client revisions have been addressed and final approval is given.
- Note: Demos are a way for us to win more projects. If a prospect or client turns a demo into a full project, only then will it count as a paid project. Demos themselves are not considered paid work unless agreed upon by the client.
Tools & Platforms We Use:
- Webflow
- Wix
- Squarespace
- Shopify
- WordPress
- Any other relevant website builders or platforms you're comfortable with
Skills & Requirements:
- Proficiency with website building platforms (Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, WordPress, etc.).
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating your web design skills, including UX/UI design and creative web solutions.
- Ability to collaborate closely with our team and clients to understand project needs and expectations.
- At least 2 years of experience or a strong portfolio of practice projects.
- Basic understanding of SEO and web optimization is a plus.
Work Schedule & Flexibility:
- Coming to the office is optional and only required when working on large projects with the team.
- After a 60-day trial period, remote work is available, allowing you to work from wherever you feel most productive.
