Entry Level Accountant

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Accountant to join our finance team. This position is ideal for recent graduates or candidates looking to start their career in accounting. The successful candidate will assist in financial reporting, accounts management, and compliance efforts while learning the foundational skills required to thrive in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Bank Reconciliations
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Perform general ledger entries and reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist in audits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business related field.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other financial software (experience with QuickBooks is a plus).
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• No prior experience required, but internships or coursework in accounting are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
