As an LV Property Manager, you will lead, motivate, and play a pivotal role in building a sense of community. At LV, your skills won’t just be valued, they will make a lasting impact.

Salary Range: $65,000 to $75,000 Bonuses!

Responsibilities

Resident Relations:

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing their concerns, inquiries, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Implement strategies to ensure resident retention and satisfaction, such as organizing events, fostering a sense of community, and addressing tenant needs.
  • Rent Collection and Financial Management
  • Manage day-to day operations focusing on occupancy, collections, and budgets.
  • Assist residents in understanding their rental obligations and offer support for financial management.
  • Monitor and manage the property's budget, ensuring expenses are within approved limits.
  • Collaborate with accounting and finance departments to ensure accurate recordkeeping and financial reporting.

Maintenance And Repairs

  • Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolution of issues.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
  • Collaborate with maintenance team, contractors, and vendors to obtain competitive bids and select reliable service providers.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities, expenses, and warranties.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal housing regulations.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure the property's policies and procedures align with the requirements.
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of required reports, documentation, and certifications.

Leadership And Management

  • Coach, lead, and motivate the performance of on-site team.
  • Oversee the lease application process, including screening prospective tenants, conducting background checks, and verifying income eligibility,

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business, Real Estate, or equivalent.
  • 4 years of experience in Property Management.
  • Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations, knowledge of fair housing laws, and tenant rights is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in order to effectively interact with tenants, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Aptitude for identifying and resolving issues related to tenant concerns, property maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Basic knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and rent collection procedures.
  • Competence in using property management software (Entrata), spreadsheets, and other relevant tools for documentation and reporting.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Base salary between $65,000 - $75,000 with generous bonus opportunities.
