ABOUT THIS ROLE
Join LVT's mission to make the world safer and more secure. We are seeking a strategic Senior Go-to-Market Business Partner to support our GTM organization, which drives the launch of innovative products and services. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to GTM leadership, helping to align priorities, enhance organizational effectiveness, and support decision-making across sales, marketing, and customer success. This position requires strong business acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced tech environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Partnership & Collaboration : Align business strategies with GTM goals and work across departments (sales, marketing, finance) to execute initiatives.
- Business Analysis & Reporting : Provide data-driven insights through KPIs, dashboards, and reports to inform GTM decisions.
- Project & Change Management : Lead and support key projects and organizational changes to drive growth, efficiency, and smooth transitions.
- Process & Organizational Improvement : Enhance scalability and operational effectiveness through process improvements.
- Risk Management & Problem-Solving : Identify risks and swiftly address operational challenges impacting GTM success.
