This role involves performing various detailing tasks to enhance the appearance of vehicles while providing exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Thoroughly clean the interior and exterior of vehicles, including vacuuming, shampooing, and steam cleaning upholstery.
- Wash, wax, and buff vehicle exteriors to achieve a high-gloss finish.
- Apply window tinting as needed, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Perform custodial duties to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Drive vehicles as necessary for detailing services or repositioning within the facility.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with detailing services.
- Maintain detailing equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Experience in custodial work or car wash operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of automotive detailing techniques, including buffing and waxing.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license is required for driving vehicles during detailing services.
