Test Technician 3
Job Description:
- Set up manual and automatic test equipment to perform Pass / Fail electrical testing on various diode devices per Test Plans
- Perform electrical testing over various temperature extremes
- Export data into an Excel spreadsheet for production and/or engineering review
- Perform environmental processing, including but not limited to the following:
- Fine leak testing
- Gross leak testing (bubble and dye penetrant)
- Constant acceleration
- Load production and engineering lots into burn-in for qualification, screening, and life testing
- Monitor burn-in setups and runs for consistency and reliable performance
- Perform solder dip on various device packages
- Perform pre-cap visual inspection to MIL/Aerospace and customer requirements
Education and Experience:
- 4 - 6 years’ experience in manufacturing testing
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow oral and written guidelines as well as read &understand Procedures, Test Specifications and Test Plans
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Computer skills helpful, specifically SAP and MS office applications
- Knowledge of various electrical and microwave test measurements preferred
- Knowledge of ESD procedures preferred
- Knowledge of various MIL/Aerospace and ISO specifications is a plus
- Due to ITAR regulations, candidates must be a US Person.
