Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Student Housing Leasing Manager at Hive Red River in Austin, TX. The Leasing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day property operations, conducting property tours, signing leases, marketing including regularly posting on social media, managing tenant relations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with leasing policies and regulations.
