Overview
M&Q Packaging in San Marcos, TX is hiring for the night shift Quality Assurance position. Candidates must be detailed oriented, self motivated, be able to work in a high stress/energy position. Must be able to remain on your feet for the majority of the shift. Walking, bending, possible lifting are required. Must be able to read/ write/take precise measurements. This role is crucial in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Work history experience ideally definite plus includes plastics and food contact packaging or similar industries. This position also involves conducting inspections, performing tests, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. The Quality Assurance Technician will work closely with the production team to identify areas for improvement and uphold our commitment to quality. Bi-lingual candidates is a plus.
