A DAY IN THE LIFE
As a Field Technician, each day brings new challenges and opportunities for growth. You will be responsible for quality control of our earthwork processes, measuring and shooting compaction test locations using survey grade GPS equipment, provide staking and location information, reading plans, and working harmoniously with your crew to be instrumental in the successful execution of our projects. You will take pride in delivering high-quality results that exceed client expectations. Your attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and willingness to collaborate will contribute to the overall success of our team and the projects we undertake.
QUALIFICATIONS
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following minimum requirements:

• 1 year of experience in a similar position or in excavation preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency in understanding grades, survey staking, and reading plans
• Excellent communication skills and a desire to work with others
• Willingness to take direction from foreman and superintendents
• Desire to learn and grow

WORK SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position. Your work schedule will typically span from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, enabling a structured and balanced work-life arrangement. Travel between jobsites throughout the day may be required.
