MacKay & Agents is seeking a General Liability and / or Professional Liability Associate to join an AmLaw 175 firm in Buffalo . This position offers a hybrid schedule (2 days in-office) with significant flexibility, including the potential for fully remote work .
Key Qualifications :
3 years of experience in :
- General liability and professional liability matters
- Taking and defending depositions
- Drafting and arguing dispositive motions
- Preparing for arbitrations, mediations, and trials
- Additional experience with insurance coverage litigation is a plus
Position Details :
