Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators, including revenue, expenses, conversion rates, and patient satisfaction.
- Ensure full and productive schedules for providers while strategically planning new business opportunities.
- Oversee practice analytics, focusing on financial performance and compliance.
- Drive the integration of new ophthalmology acquisitions into existing operational frameworks.
- Provide actionable support to regional practices, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with Lead Providers to educate on metrics that enhance business goals.
- Partner with clinic managers to implement employee recognition initiatives aligned with the company values.
- Offer leadership to clinical managers, addressing performance challenges and providing feedback when necessary.
- Assist in maintaining optimal staffing levels across regional sites.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to identify and implement corrective actions for performance improvement.
- Manage audits, practice reviews, and reporting processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in health administration, business, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in multi-practice healthcare management preferred.
- A Master's in Health Administration (MHA) or Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of ophthalmology operations is highly desirable.
- Proven management skills including hiring, coaching, and conflict resolution, with an engaging leadership style.
- Sound financial management knowledge to support fiscally responsible decisions.
- A proactive approach to acquiring new skills and knowledge to enhance organizational and patient outcomes.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
