Job Summary: As the Director of Operations, you will be driven by a passion for success and a commitment to upholding our core values. You will play a key role in overseeing and optimizing our operational processes to meet ambitious growth goals. Essential Duties:
Lead and develop a team of Operations Managers and support staff, ensuring performance metrics are met.
Define and implement KPIs that reflect strategic priorities, monitoring performance at all levels to ensure alignment with goals.
Collaborate with direct reports to measure and manage the effectiveness of branch performance.
Define and implement procedures to enhance long-term profitability of Division Operations.
Ensure that all operational activities support the company’s strategic priorities, including growth, profitability, and market positioning.
Regularly review and adjust operational plans to align with evolving business objectives
Use data and analytics to assess operational effectiveness and make informed decisions to improve productivity and strategic execution.
Champion change management efforts to ensure that new initiatives and process improvements are successfully implemented and aligned with the company’s vision
Communicate strategic changes and align operational teams with new directions and priorities.
Develop the Division management team's skills to promote professional growth and alignment with company values.
Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance efficiency while maintaining alignment with the strategic direction.
Oversee resource allocation, including budgeting, staffing, and technology investments, ensuring that resources are deployed in line with the company’s strategic goals
Promote value-creating solutions and resolve issues while maintaining strong relationships with major customers.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives that drive innovation and support long-term growth.
Establish processes and policies that ensure consistent operational practices and strategic alignment across multiple locations or regions
Present strategic operational plans and progress to senior leadership, providing regular updates on alignment and performance
Identify potential risks that could impact operational success and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
Lead scenario planning to anticipate market changes or operational challenges and adjust strategies accordingly.
Ensure compliance with safety programs, internal audits, and company policies across the region.

Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of operations experience or 3 years of direct industry experience.
At least 3 years of experience as a “Leader of Leaders”.
Experience managing multiple locations or overseeing a regional structure focused on vehicle or equipment Parts & Service.
Proven ability to articulate the unique aspects of products and services.
Expertise in developing client-focused, differentiated, and actionable solutions.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Understanding of product positioning against competitors.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and able to quickly learn new technologies.
ADA Requirements:
Typically sits, grasp items and performs keyboarding for frequent operation of a computer.
Stand, walk, bend, reach or otherwise move about regularly.
Lift, move, or otherwise transfer items up to 40 lbs occasionally, >20 lbs frequently.
Occasional exposure to typical machine shop physical hazards
Travel by air or car frequently, 75% of the time
