Summary of the Position: The Membership Assistant is responsible for supporting membership functions including membership recruitment, annual membership renewals and member engagement within the association.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for member outreach promoting association programs and services.
• Presenting overviews of association benefits, activities, and events via conference calls and Zoom Meetings.
• Reaching out to prospect member companies for membership recruitment.
• Assisting daily maintenance and integrity of the Membership database.
• Assist members with their PMMI.org member login information.
• Help answer incoming Membership phone calls and e-mails.
• Monitor the email account and forward to appropriate departments as needed.
• Help with the assembly and mailing of new member welcome packets.
• Assist with annual membership dues renewal mailings, follow-up e-mails and phone calls to members.
• Aide Industry Services as needed with any projects.
• Supporting Vice President, Member Services
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 0-3 years of experience.

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of management.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
• Dedicated work ethic and team player.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must possess excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

• Able to balance several projects at once and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be able to travel occasionally.
