Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist / Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, particularly in high-growth software / technology companies. This role involves a wide range of HR activities, including compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, morale, and training and development. You will work closely with the US Director of People Operations and the CHRO to ensure all HR policies and procedures are followed in accordance with company guidelines and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
HR Generalist Activities :
- Employee Relations : Address employee inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Onboarding : Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Policy Implementation : Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Maintain the employee handbook.
- Performance Management : Support performance review processes and provide guidance to managers and employees.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- HR Administration : Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation.
