Position Summary :
The Stores Clerk for Nutrition Resources is responsible for all functional units engaged in food service procurement, storage, receiving, inspection, inventory, traffic movement to and from work stations, dispatch, and all related functions, all on an integrated materials management basis and in accordance with all safety and sanitation regulations. Uses web-based computer-generated purchasing programs to food procurement. Guides nutrition resources staff as assigned.
Qualifications :
Prefer High School graduate or equivalent, with some college level education including Office Technology course. Prefer two years purchasing experience in the food service industry, as well as working with purveyors or equivalent. Some hospital experience preferred.
