- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in training new staff members as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or office environment.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to better serve our diverse clientele.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate various software applications efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience with cash handling is an advantage but not required.
Candidate must be personal lines and/or health insurance certified
