Our client is a national broker-dealer, well known for their exceptional focus on the client services and employee experience. They are searching for a Branch Leader in Rancho Cucamonga, California. The Branch Leader role is centered around supporting the Branch Manager in building and leading a high-performing sales team while developing service associates who drive revenue and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities of the Branch Leader include executing national initiatives to grow the business through customer engagement, local marketing, educational events, and client appreciation activities. Additionally, the role entails overseeing operational functions, addressing local risk and compliance issues, and managing customer concerns. A core focus is on the development of branch associates through training, mentoring, counseling, and motivation.
The ideal candidate will:
· Demonstrated success managing others in a sales capacity
· Experience in relationship management combined with a strong expertise in financial services.
· Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
· Knowledge of compliance and regulatory guidelines
· Strong work ethic and professionalism
Requirements for the position:
· A minimum of 5 years in a financial sales role
· 3 years in a management position within financial services
· Series 7 and 66 (or 65/63)

Compensation: Base plus annual bonus. Total: $175-200k
