Madonna Manor is seeking an exceptional Nursing Department Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality resident care while maintaining nursing service objectives and standards of practice.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Department in accordance with Federal, State, and organizational rules, regulations, and guidelines.
- Attend committee meetings, assist in staff management, complete nursing care functions, and satisfy educational requirements.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Registered Nurse currently licensed in the state of employment.
- Currently certified in CPR.
