Job Summary

The Delivery Driver will be responsible for transporting MAG products from our warehouse to customers located throughout Pennsylvania and Ohio. This role requires safe driving, excellent customer service, and occasional assistance with warehouse duties. The position generally works 45-50 hours per week, with a standard Monday-Friday schedule, some weekend work, and a minimum of one overnight trip per week.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Plan and execute efficient delivery and pick-up routes.
• Deliver parcels to correct addresses, obtaining signatures and proof of receipt when necessary.
• Pick up parcels, including returns, company orders, and other items as requested.
• Collect store returns and payments from COD customers.
• Maintain basic records of truck mileage and deliveries.
• Communicate with MAG sales representatives and dispatchers regarding routes, stops, and packages.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills / Abilities :

• Ability to drive safely and maintain a clean driving record.
• Proficiency with navigation tools, smartphone apps, and maps.
• Basic record-keeping skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

Education and Experience :

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Physical Requirements :

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to load and unload packages with and without dollies in various weather conditions.

Schedule :

• Standard hours : Monday-Friday
• Star time between 6 : 00 AM - 7 : 30 AM
• Some weekend work is required.
• Minimum of one overnight trip per week.
