About Us:

We're on the lookout for a highly organized and client-focused Paraplanner to join our team. Compensation: $60,000 Bonus Opportunities
Your Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring professional and prompt communication.
- Execute trades and prepare customized meeting materials under advisor guidance.
- Monitor and coordinate required minimum distributions (RMDs).
- Oversee account management tasks, including documentation and updates.
- Facilitate seamless client onboarding and maintain well-organized client files.
- Prepare for client meetings by assembling reports and following through on actionable items.
- Conduct financial research and provide comparative analyses to identify optimal solutions.
- Input and manage data for financial plans and investment reports.
- Ensure accuracy and up-to-date records in CRM and financial planning software.
- Process new business paperwork with precision.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in the Financial Services industry.
- Solid knowledge of financial planning, portfolio management, and financial products.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication abilities and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and financial planning software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License.
- Active FINRA Securities Registrations (preferred)
