What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service/Parts Advisor position at Magic Touch Inc.?
Magic Touch RV is currently looking for a RV Service/Parts Advisor to help with answering phones, appointments, assist customers, initiate repair/warranty work orders, assistance in daily business duties where needed in our Parts and Service departments. This individual must be able to handle a fast paced environment, be eager to learn, be a team player and have high standards for customer service. Experience a plus but will train the right individual.

Able to learn and adhere to company procedures/use of Software
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Self starter who is task oriented with limited supervision
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Provide support and work well with co-workers and departments
We are a Recreational Vehicle Dealer located in Tulare, CA. We have been in business for over 50 years in the Visalia and Tulare area. We are a full service dealership with Sales, Service and Parts.
Position Details:
Full Time
Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Saturdays as needed. (hours vary slightly)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
