Job Description
Seeking a full-time Dentist at our well established thriving dental practice in Rural Minnesota with a highly generous compensation package!

Qualified applicants will practice dentistry on our diverse patient base within their full scope and continue to grow and learn within the dental profession. Our clinic provides clinical mentorship and advanced clinical training, if desired, with a guaranteed salary and a high production bonus that is easily attainable.
Our clinic strives to maintain the latest technology and equipment to provide for state-of-the-art patient care. We currently have a CBCT, 3shape scanner, sprint ray, lasers, and electronic software with digital x-ray. Our advanced experienced team provides skilled support and assistance to increase your efficiency and ease your burden with business related duties. This position is full time, Monday through Thursday 8am to 5pm with the option to work some Fridays.
Our clinic’s compensation package includes a 401K with company match, medical insurance, paid uniforms, paid continuing education, company paid life insurance, short and long-term disability, vacation and sick time, weekly paychecks, and team building days.
Applicants must have an active Minnesota State Dental or be in the process of obtaining a license. Experience is preferred but not essential. Qualified applicants must be willing to learn, be self-motivated, have positive thinking, good time management skills, and basic leadership qualities. Our clinic focuses on restorative, crown and bridge, implant-supported crown, bridge, and full-arch, endo including molar endo, removable prosthodontics, and surgery including bone and soft tissue grafting, implant placement, and extractions. We currently administer IV sedation as needed for patient comfort. This position would be an excellent opportunity for dentists seeking to expand their skills!
