Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accurate guest records.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, local attractions, and dining options to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain the front desk area in an organized and welcoming manner.
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately through our booking system.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest services and operations.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when handling incoming calls and inquiries.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on effective guest relations.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is an advantage but not required; training will be provided.
