What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part/Full time Guest Service Rep position at MainStay Suites?
The Mainstay Suites extended stay hotel is looking for a part or full time Guest Service Rep. This candidate would need to have flexibility for morning, evening, and/or weekend shifts as needed. We are looking for a candidate that is outgoing and looking to excel in the customer service industry.
Job duties consist of but not limited too:
-Morning shifts 5a-3p, full time hours are completed in just 4 days a week!
-Evening shift 3p-11p
-Answering all phone calls
-Guest check-ins/check outs
-Completing reservations and excelling in sales revenue
-Greeting guests and providing exceptional customer service
-Handle customer complaints with resolution
-Daily check list duties
This position requires some weekend availability.
Hotel experience not required.
