What are the responsibilities and job description for the Training Coordinator position at Malin?
This position will work with the Training and Development Manager, providing administrative support to the Training Department.
Schedule and track all new hire training sessions
Notify trainers and new hires of classes
Ensure all training required has been completed
Work with the Instructional Designer to ensure information is updated in LMS system
Schedule annual required safety training
Creating training quotes for customer training and bill when completed; tracking
monthly revenue vs. goal
Physical Requirements:
* Ability to drive an automobile and travel using public transportation including airlines.
* Occasional bending and lifting of up to 25lbs.
