Our Hotel

With 326 guest rooms and 31 suites, Mandarin Oriental, Miami is located in Brickell Key and is a prime location for both business and leisure guests. It is an urban resort with Miami’s only private beach.

Overview Of Position

We are looking for an experienced Barista for our La Mar by Gaston Acurio restaurant. Incumbent should have 1 year of experience, preferably in a luxury hotel. Responsibilities include making coffee & cappuccinos; stocking the coffee station; servicing our guests according to Mandarin Oriental standards; following beverage policies and procedures; preparing the bar; stocking the bar; maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the bar; and maintaining beverage, liquor and cash accountability. Candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to list a minimum of 15 lbs. TIPs and ServSafe certification is preferred. A flexible schedule is required, including weekends and holidays. This is a full-time position only.

The Barista reports directly to the La Mar Restaurant Managers.
