In this role you will be responsible for greeting visitors and phone calls so that all callers/visitors are handled promptly, courteously, and accurately. Represent the company as a first impression, first point of contact. Assist with conference room bookings and conference/meeting arrangements. Assist with entry level accounting tasks.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Based at Front Desk to answer main line, greet guests, offer refreshments, alert host of their arrival.
- Assist building tenants with greeting their visitors and keeping the guest log.
- Ensure rooms are booked & prepped for internal & external meetings, including catering coordination.
- Help manage overall facilities up-keep.
- Work on event planning & budgeting for industry organization events, booking events as requested, ensuring all deliverables are executed.
- Assist in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable tasks.
- Consistent with MANE’s environmental commitments, every employee shall actively participate in relevant education/training based upon corporate and local environmental objectives. - Handle special tasks and projects as requested in order to meet company objectives.
- 1 Years Administrative and Project Experience
- College Degree preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Office applications
- Advanced organization skills
- Able to multitask, prioritize, organize and follow through
- Excellent telephone etiquette with the ability to communicate with internal and external customers at any level within the organization.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and remain flexible to change with minimal supervision required.
